Early on I was convinced that this booklet was a con or an attempt to get me to send money for miracle cures or something. I was wrong.
To be sure, the author does make mention of some herbal remedies he sells, but, honestly, this is an interesting discussion and educational piece regarding exercises you can do that, he claims, will improve your vision.
Is there merit in the exercises? Only time will tell, but my initial dabbling in some of the lessons does, indeed, lead me to think that he has some terrific points. I will try most of these techniques during the next several days and report back with my results.
As for the writing, some editing would improve the readability of the text. Some of the rough spots might be a result of language barriers, but there are some misspellings and typos also. Overall, though, the writing is acceptable, and I do not want to be too harsh regarding the editing, as even some of my reviews exhibit more typos and misspellings than I care to admit. I am making my observation in an attempt to encourage improvement.
There are no profanities.
What does concern me, however, is the statements of improvement that are not supported by any clinical studies, case studies or testimonials.
Due primarily to the weak editing, but also because there are no clinical studies or testimonials to support his claims, I am rating this at four stars out of five.
